Apple Expands Trade Secrets Case, Sends Preservation Letters to Ex-Apple Employees at OpenAI
Apple has filed a lawsuit against OpenAI alleging former Apple employees stole trade secrets, and Apple has begun sending preservation letters to around 40 former workers now at OpenAI, broadening the scope beyond those named in the initial filing that names OpenAI, io Products, and ex-employees Chang Liu and Tang Tan.
