Kingsbury family to retain custody of missing woman's children.
The children of missing person Madeline Kingsbury will remain with her parents after their biological father, Adam Fravel, admitted they are in need of protective services. Fravel has been in a custody battle over the children and police are investigating him in connection with Kingsbury's disappearance. A trial scheduled for tomorrow has been canceled.
