Quixote Studios Cuts Jobs, Exits Key L.A. Soundstages Amid Production Downturn
Quixote Studios, owned by Hudson Pacific Properties, is laying off about 70 employees and winding down its L.A. soundstages amid a broader production slump, with the Atlanta unit closing after prior exits in New Orleans and Albuquerque. Sunset Studios in Hollywood will remain, while Hudson shifts focus to LA/NY office portfolios and higher‑performing studio assets, aiming for annual cost savings of roughly $21–$27 million.
