Orlando Man Identified as Suspect in Double Homicide of Mother and Grandmother.
Radrick Francois has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder with a firearm for killing Tanishia Starr and her daughter, Tanga Owens, in Orlando. Francois was in a custody battle with Owens and had previously threatened to kill her. Witnesses say the shooting happened during a child custody drop-off and pick-up. Francois confessed to the shooting, claiming he shot at Owens in self-defense and accidentally shot Owens' mother. Francois is being held on no bond.
