Rasonque poised to reshape pancreatic cancer therapy with blockbuster potential
Revolution Medicines’ pancreatic cancer drug Rasonque will list at $39,800 for a 30-day supply, a price analysts say could help it become a blockbuster; Evercore ISI raised pancreatic cancer sales forecasts to about $2.4 billion next year and up to $15.1 billion by 2034, with potential expansion to other cancers. The FDA approved the drug for patients who’ve had one systemic therapy or aren’t candidates for multiagent therapy, and a Phase 3 front-line trial is underway, signaling strong launch momentum despite the steep price.
