Prime Video expands local NHL reach with six-team streaming deal
Prime Video will be the exclusive local streamer for six NHL teams—Ducks, Hurricanes, Blue Jackets, Stars, Wild and Blues—in their regional markets this season, with out-of-market games still available via NHL Center Ice or ESPN+. The multiyear deal includes pregame/postgame shows and team programming, and several clubs will produce and distribute their own local broadcasts in collaboration with the NHL by selling ads and sharing production costs; the Wild will also offer a linear TV option. This expands Prime Video’s NHL presence and broadens in-market access for fans.
