Nikki Haley's Political Maneuvers: From Iowa Caucuses to Accusing Rivals
Nikki Haley is intensifying her campaign efforts in Iowa ahead of the Jan. 15 caucuses, hiring a former adviser to Gov. Kim Reynolds and increasing her travel schedule. The latest Iowa poll shows former President Donald Trump leading the Republican field with 51% support, followed by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis at 19% and Haley at 16%. Haley aims to have a strong showing in Iowa, New Hampshire, and South Carolina, and is focused on looking strong as she moves from one state to the next. She recently wrapped up a five-day campaign swing in Iowa and will be visiting New Hampshire next. Haley's campaign has also received a significant endorsement from Americans for Prosperity Action, which is expected to help her close the gap with Trump and DeSantis.
