Retired Army lieutenant colonel David Franklin Slater, who worked as a civilian Air Force employee assigned to USSTRATCOM, has been arrested and charged with illegally disclosing sensitive national defense information about Russia's war in Ukraine on a foreign dating site. Slater allegedly communicated with an individual claiming to be a woman living in Ukraine and shared secret Pentagon documents.
