Two individuals were rescued from the Illinois River in Ottawa after their jet ski capsized. The Illinois Conservation Police and Ottawa River Rescue crews responded to the 9-1-1 call and found the two people hanging onto the overturned jet ski. Both were rescued within 15 minutes and were found to be uninjured.
