Retired Navy Admiral Robert P. Burke, formerly the Navy’s second-highest-ranking officer, was arrested on bribery charges for steering a government contract to a company in exchange for a lucrative job offer. The company's co-chief executives, Yongchul Kim and Meghan Messenger, were also arrested for their involvement in the scheme.
