Amid rising fuel costs, the Rock the Country tour is offering up to 50% off general admission at seven small-town stops. Ludacris’s name briefly appeared on the Rock the Country lineup but his team says it was a mix-up and he’s no longer slated to perform; fan backlash accompanied the MAGA-adjacent branding of the festival, while Nelly remains on the bill along with Kid Rock, Aldean and other acts as the eight-city tour begins in May.
Jason Aldean and Kid Rock will co-headline the Rock the Country Tour, a seven-stop festival tour in small towns across the U.S. The predominantly country music showcase will feature select appearances from artists such as Miranda Lambert, Hank Williams Jr., Lynyrd Skynyrd, and more. The tour will mainly take place in the South, with two nights at each stop. The lineup will vary by date, but Aldean and Kid Rock will perform at every stop. The tour will run from April through July 2024.
