Skywalker Grill Tops Lucas Museum, Ranch-Inspired Dining Debuts
The Lucas Museum of Narrative Art in Los Angeles announced Skywalker Grill, its flagship rooftop restaurant inspired by George Lucas’s Skywalker Ranch. The full‑service eatery will offer California-sourced classics with sweeping city views, open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, with reservations available to the public. Designed by Rockwell Group and operated by Rhubarb Events & Hospitality Collection, the midcentury-modern space will feature a menu including Dungeness crab cake, lobster corn dog, crispy chicken Milanese, honey-miso glazed salmon and a Skywalker Ranch Wagyu burger, plus house-made pastas and seasonal salads. The museum opens Sept. 22 and will host exhibitions such as Star Wars in Motion.
