McCaffrey, Culpo Welcome Son Roman Augustus After 49ers' 4-0 Start
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and former Miss USA Olivia Culpo announced the birth of their second child, a son named Roman Augustus McCaffrey, on October 10. The infant was born on September 29, following the couple's daughter Colette, who was born in July 2025. The announcement coincided with the 49ers' 4-0 start to the 2026 NFL season, during which McCaffrey has recorded 218 rushing yards and four touchdowns.
