Widow sues Amazon over fatal cargo-plane crash at MIA
A widow has filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against Amazon Inc., Amazon Air Cargo, 21 Air LLC and related entities, alleging pilot error, inadequate training and an aging aircraft contributed to the Amazon Air Flight 7598 crash that overran Runway 30 at Miami International Airport, killing her husband and injuring others; the suit was filed in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court to seek accountability and damages.
