Salazar’s sanity at the time will be decided in a subsequent phase; a sane finding could lead to life in prison, while insanity would result in confinement to a state hospital.

The boss encounter is changed significantly from the original Resident Evil 4, making it a lot harder. The discovery was made accidentally by a streamer, Larxa, while playing on Hardcore difficulty.
