British Helicopter in Ukraine: 40 Years and Counting.
The UK has donated two Sea King helicopters to Ukraine to help in the war against Russia, despite their age and lack of weapons. The helicopters are being used for rescuing casualties, moving troops, and carrying out reconnaissance. The Ukrainian military is happy to have them and wants more, even though they are not modern fighter jets armed with long-range missiles. The Sea Kings have spent much of their lives carrying out search and rescue operations and have been familiar sights over Britain's coasts.
