GOP Super PACs Cut Funding for Kean, Miller-Meeks Amid Midterm Triage
Major Republican super PACs have withdrawn financial support for incumbent House members Thomas H. Kean Jr. of New Jersey and Mariannette Miller-Meeks of Iowa, marking the first time national GOP groups have abandoned incumbents this cycle. This move follows internal polling showing dimming re-election chances. Simultaneously, MAGA Inc. is reallocating funds to defend critical Senate seats in Ohio, Alaska, and Iowa, while cutting spending in Michigan’s 8th District. The strategy prioritizes saving the Senate majority over holding every House seat.
