The Evolution of an Iconic 'Gilmore Girls' Character
The character of Kirk in Gilmore Girls, played by Sean Gunn, was not originally intended to become such an iconic figure in the show. Initially appearing as Mike the DSL installer for one episode, Gunn was later brought back to play various roles, eventually becoming a permanent character in episode 5 of season 1.
