Legendary Detroit Folk Musician Sixto Rodriguez Dies at 81
Sixto Rodriguez, the Detroit-born musician and subject of the Academy Award-winning documentary "Searching for Sugar Man," has passed away at the age of 81. Rodriguez, who found more success overseas, including in South Africa where he outsold Elvis Presley, experienced a resurgence in his career after the documentary's release in 2012. He leaves behind three daughters.
