In a new twist on General Hospital, Carly reveals to her daughter Josslyn that Bobbie has signed over Kelly's to her for $1, with plans to eventually pay its full market value. This tribute to the late Jacklyn Zeman and her character Bobbie Spencer was unintentional, as it was written before Zeman's passing. Carly intends to turn Kelly's into a rival hot spot to the Metro Court, while also using it as a safety net to pay off her debt to the SEC. The soap has not yet announced how they will handle Zeman's passing, but keeping Kelly's as a Spencer property serves as a nice start and could potentially keep Bobbie's memory alive.
Days of Our Lives' decision to bring back Steve Burton as the character Harris has not been successful, as the character lacks purpose and has become a replica of Burton's previous role as Jason on General Hospital. The show missed opportunities to salvage the character by bringing back his love interest, Eve. There are speculations that Burton may exit Days of Our Lives and potentially return to General Hospital to resurrect his iconic character, Jason Morgan.
