Jodie Comer dominates Broadway in legal thriller 'Prima Facie'

Jodie Comer delivers a prodigious performance in "Prima Facie," a solo show about a London barrister defending men accused of sexual violence against women. The play, directed by Justin Martin, is a crime procedural that delves into the inner workings of the criminal justice system and its treatment of victims. Comer's portrayal of the brash barrister is relentless and captivating, shifting in accent and personality as she embodies investigating officers, relatives, and colleagues. The play's format incisively illustrates a victim's sense of isolation, and Comer's performance is a must-see.
