Child Injured by Stray Bullet in Multiple Shooting Incidents
A 63-year-old woman in southwest Iowa was critically injured after being shot in the face by a child on July 4th. The child was handling the gun when it accidentally went off, with the bullet traveling through a wall and hitting the woman. She was transported to a Des Moines hospital in critical condition.
