Double fatal crash on SR-60 in Polk County leaves multiple injured.
Two people have died and multiple people have been injured in a fatal crash on State Road 60 near Mulberry, Polk County. A Bartow High School senior is among those in the hospital with significant injuries. The crash occurred when a silver Ford Expedition turned left and cut off the student's pickup truck, resulting in a collision that ejected four of the seven people in the Expedition. Police are investigating the incident.
