Lionel Richie Admits to Self-Admitting to Hospital After St. Louis Concert
Lionel Richie voluntarily checked himself into a hospital following his St. Louis concert on Saturday night, according to sources close to his tour. While TMZ initially reported he was treated for possible dehydration in the ICU, a source confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that he is stable and 'doing okay.' This incident follows a pattern of health issues this summer, including a June incident in Minnesota where he appeared ill on stage and subsequently postponed two shows. Richie has 10 more tour dates scheduled for 2026, including a Las Vegas residency, though it is unclear if this hospitalization will impact those plans.
