Former Abercrombie CEO Cleared to Stand Trial in Global Sex-Trafficking Case
A federal judge ruled that former Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries is competent to stand trial on sex trafficking and prostitution charges, reversing a prior finding of incompetence due to dementia and late-onset Alzheimer's.
