Stawell teen charged after autistic boy lured to station and beaten
Three teenagers have been charged with affray, robbery, and theft after a 15-year-old boy with autism and epilepsy was lured to a train station in Stawell, Victoria, and assaulted. The victim, from Ararat, was invited to meet two girls via Snapchat on October 5. Instead, he was attacked by three boys who stole his shoes and clothing. Police arrested the suspects on October 13 after executing search warrants. The victim suffered soft tissue damage and potential head injuries and is currently recovering at home, too frightened to leave his house.
