Saber Interactive has split from Embracer Group in a deal valued at $247 million, acquiring the rights to themselves and several other studios, including 3D Realms, Slipgate Ironworks, and Metro developers 4A Games. Embracer will cease operations in Russia as a result of the sale and will retain control of several studios and ongoing game projects.
