Capcom reveals Ingrid's Sun Crest mechanics in Street Fighter 6, turning her into a versatile long-range zoner who can stock Sun Crests to power attacks and projectiles. Her toolkit includes Sun Shot (projectile), Sun Flare and Solar Burst beams that consume or store Crests, Sun Rise with multiple variants, a projectile-absorbing Sun Veil counter (not a true invincible reversal), Vanishing Sun teleport, and three Super Arts (Shining Sun L1, Order of the Sun L2, Cosmic Ray L3). She can stock Crests mid-air, altering reach and damage, and while OD Sun Rise is safe on block, it’s not listed as invincible. Ingrid also retains close-range options and mobility via teleport, making her a mix of zoning and brawling. She arrives with Outfit 3 on May 28 as part of Street Fighter 6 Season 3.
