Santa Rosa Police Arrest 2 Women for $50K Sunglasses Heist
Two women have been arrested in connection with the theft of $50,000 worth of merchandise from a Sunglasses Hut in Santa Rosa Plaza. Arianna Torrey and Destiny Nisby were arrested after detectives found over $13,000 worth of stolen sunglasses inside Torrey’s car. Torrey falsely reported her car was stolen, and both women conspired together to fabricate the story. Charges against Torrey include robbery, organized retail theft, possession of stolen property, perjury, and conspiracy, while Nisby faces charges of possession of stolen property, perjury, and conspiracy. The remaining suspects are still at large.
