Tesla Takes Legal Action Against Swedish Government and Suppliers Over License Plate Delivery Issues
Tesla has filed a lawsuit against the Swedish Transport Agency and the postal service after postal workers allegedly blocked deliveries of license plates for Tesla cars. The workers were reportedly showing solidarity with striking employees who are pressuring Tesla to sign a collective bargaining agreement. Tesla claims that the Swedish government has a constitutional obligation to provide registration plates to vehicle owners. The lawsuit states that Tesla should be able to collect license plates directly instead of receiving them by mail.
