Israeli Hostages Freed by Hamas, Government Vows to Free Remaining Ones
Alana Zeitchik, a New York City woman, revealed that two of her Israeli cousins, Danielle Alony and her 5-year-old daughter Amelia, were among the hostages freed by Hamas terrorists after nearly seven weeks of captivity. Zeitchik had been advocating for their release through an Instagram account called "Bring Our Family Home." The temporary truce between Israel and Hamas led to the release of 24 hostages, including Alony and her daughter, as well as ten Thai nationals and one Filipino citizen.
