Convicted murderer Jacob Morley remains at large after escaping Tennessee prison via fence breach
Jacob Morley, 28, escaped the Northwest Correctional Complex in Tiptonville, Tennessee, on Sunday night by breaching a perimeter fence while wearing his prison uniform. He subsequently stole a white 2008 Ford F-350 truck in Lake County and was seen passing the Hornbeak fire department at 1:18 a.m. Monday. Authorities are searching the rural area near the Mississippi River and have placed Morley on the state's Most Wanted list, offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest. Morley is serving a life sentence for the 2022 murder of his co-worker, Cody Birchfield.
