Natalie Portman wore a sparkling recreation of a 1949 Christian Dior gown to the Cannes Film Festival premiere of her film "May December." The custom dress was inspired by the "Junon" dress from Dior's 1949-1950 fall/winter collection, which is part of The Costume Institute's collection at The Met. Portman paired the bejeweled gown with platform peep-toe heels and diamond drop earrings.
