Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery was carted off the field with a thigh injury during the fourth quarter of their game against the Seattle Seahawks. Montgomery's right leg was wrapped in an ice pack, and he did not return to the game. Lions coach Dan Campbell described it as a thigh bruise and will provide more information later. Prior to the injury, Montgomery had a strong performance with 16 carries for 67 rushing yards and a touchdown.
