Nicki Minaj's husband, Kenneth Petty, has been ordered by a federal judge to serve house arrest after violating the terms of his probation. Petty was recorded making threatening remarks towards Offset, Cardi B's husband, while in the company of someone with a criminal record. The probation officer believes house arrest will allow for closer monitoring of Petty's activities and encourage him to reflect on his status in the community.
