The iShares 20+ Year Treasury Bond ETF (TLT) has dropped to its lowest level in over 12 years as Treasury yields surge. The recent spike in yields was triggered by the Federal Reserve's announcement of plans to keep interest rates higher for longer. Hedge-fund manager Bill Ackman and others have urged investors to bet against the 30-year bond, predicting a rise in yields. TLT, with over $38 billion in assets, is the largest Treasury bond ETF of its kind.
