TOMY Pulls Boon PIVOT Toddler Tower Over Serious Tip-Over Risk
The U.S. CPSC has announced a recall of TOMY’s Boon PIVOT Collapsible Toddler Tower Kitchen Step Stools (gray and white) due to a tip-over and fall hazard that could cause serious injury or death. About 116,908 units in the U.S. (plus ~2,033 sold in Canada) were sold from January 2023 through June 2026. TOMY has received 11 reports of instability but no injuries. Consumers should stop using the recalled stools immediately and store them away from children until repaired.
