"Son of Top Hollywood Exec Arrested for Chopping Up Bodies in Grisly Murder Case"

The LAPD has launched an internal investigation into the handling of a case involving the discovery of a woman's torso in Encino. Two day laborers reported finding plastic bags containing what felt like human remains, but were told to call 911 instead of having officers investigate. The officers later found other bags at the suspect's home, but no human remains. The torso was later linked to the suspect, Samuel Haskell IV, who has been charged with three counts of murder. The investigation is ongoing.
