British teen cyclist Finlay Tarling dies after Tour of Portugal crash
British 19-year-old cyclist Finlay Tarling died after a serious crash on Stage 8 of the Tour of Portugal, reportedly a head-on collision with a vehicle not connected to the race; the stage was halted with around 20km remaining and the podium ceremony canceled as Tarling's NSN Development Team mourned his loss, with condolences also offered by Portugal's prime minister.
