Epic Games has launched a 'Treasure Hunters' mini-season in Fortnite, offering a rare 'Pirate Shop Token' that grants players free access to nearly all Item Shop cosmetics for two separate 14-day periods. This aggressive promotional strategy aims to retain player engagement ahead of the November 19 release of Grand Theft Auto VI. The token is found in chests during Battle Royale matches and is shared with squad members, though it excludes real-money purchases and battle pass levels.
