St. Paul tenant charged in triple homicide over garage rental dispute
A St. Paul man, Tsegaab Binessu, has been charged with three counts of murder after a shooting at a leasing office left three people dead, tied to a dispute over canceling a parking garage contract; surveillance captured the attack, and he was later arrested driving one of the victims’ cars. He faces up to 40 years in prison for each murder.
