New Jersey boater charged with DUI in fatal crash that killed two children
Stephen Schneider, 63, of Bayville, surrendered on two counts of second-degree reckless vessel homicide and charges of operating a vessel under the influence and reckless operation after a July Intercoastal Waterway crash that threw a 9-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy into the water and killed them; the case remains under investigation.
