Five-Year Test: A $2,000 Chinese Electric Mini-Truck Survives Florida Homestead Abuse
A $2,000 Chinese electric mini-truck imported to the US has successfully operated for five years on a Florida homestead, defying predictions of rapid failure. The vehicle, used for heavy hauling and irrigation, shows minimal mechanical wear despite harsh conditions, with only cosmetic rust and minor interior damage reported. While not street-legal, it remains a cost-effective work tool with near-zero operating costs.
