Microsoft's Windows Experiences leader, Mikhail Parakhin, has acknowledged the frustration with the Windows 11 Start menu and is pushing for improvements, including the ability to scroll through the entire list of apps without clicking 'All apps'. Parakhin also encouraged user feedback on which UX framework to focus on, hinting at more updates throughout the year. Despite third-party alternatives like Stardock's Start11, Microsoft aims to enhance the native Start menu experience, especially as Windows 11's adoption has been slow and the end-of-support for Windows 10 approaches in October 2025.
