Counter-Strike 2: Anti-Cheat, Last Major, New Weapons, and More Revealed.
Valve is reportedly implementing a new anti-cheat tool called "VAC Live" in Counter-Strike 2 that will automatically cancel matches if a cheater is detected. This could drastically improve the state of the game's official matchmaking, which has been plagued by cheaters for years. The tool, along with a new sub-tick system, could be enough to entice casual players to stop using third-party platforms and play on CS2's official servers. CS2 is currently in limited testing and will launch worldwide this summer.
