Take-Two Interactive CEO, Strauss Zelnick, expressed confidence that the potential strike by SAG-AFTRA video game actors would not impact the release of GTA 6, stating that negotiations are expected to resume next week and that they are "completely protected" in the event of a strike. While the strike could potentially affect major gaming companies such as Take-Two, Activision, EA, Insomniac, and WB Games, Zelnick's remarks suggest that voice performances for GTA 6 may have already been recorded, indicating that the game may be nearing completion. The first trailer for GTA 6 is set to be released in early December, with a possible release date next year.
