Dowman, 16, nets late brace as Arsenal edge Everton to keep title bid alive
Arsenal defeated Everton 2-0 at the Emirates thanks to late heroics from 16-year-old substitute Max Dowman: his cross set up Viktor Gyokeres for the opener, and Dowman then sprinted the length of the pitch to score a second, making him the youngest Premier League scorer at 16 years and 73 days and keeping Arsenal’s title challenge on track.
