OpenAI releases ChatGPT app for iOS devices.
OpenAI has launched a free ChatGPT app for iOS users in the US, with plans to expand to other countries soon. The app has the same capabilities as the web version, allowing users to generate compelling written work and images in response to prompts. Users can also send voice prompts through their phone's microphone and sync their history across devices. ChatGPT Plus subscribers will get access to GPT-4 capabilities. OpenAI plans to launch an Android version next.
