Pokopia’s Ocean Town Gets Drained to Make Way for Land Pokémon
Less than a week after Pokopia’s Bubbly Basin DLC released, a Reddit user drained nearly all the water from its underwater town, creating a land-dominated area (Bubble-less Basin) though four water sources remain tied to quests. Water-type Pokémon suffer on dry land while land-enabled species thrive, and players even resorted to tunneling to help water-adapting Pokémon cope with the change.
