PlayStation Set to Purge 1,000+ Shovelware Titles From Store
PlayStation is launching another purge of shovelware, targeting Webnetic which previously had the third-most titles on the PS Store (about 1,222 in January 2026). More than 1,000 shovelware games will be removed from the PS Store, with Webnetic titles disappearing on PS but remaining on Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and Steam. The wave follows delistings in January and April 2026, and comes as Destruction AllStars was also pulled; Sony also announced Days of Play and June 2026 PS Plus catalog details.
